Afritecture

Noting the astute documentation of varying genre of African art and a distinct lack of  a platform for the chronicling of what it describes as ‘design vernacular in modern day Architecture’ about Africa, Afritecture is a website that showcases African  built environment which comprises of its Landscape Architecture and Interior Design. Afritecture claims to be  less about architecture in Africa, but more Africa in architecture.

The website aims to be an exploration of this vernacular, within the context of the past, the local, and the present, with the hope of inspiring further investigation and admiration.
