YUX

YUX is an African company specialized in UX and Human-Centered Design. Our ambition is to empower Africans by creating digital products that are adapted to our context. They are a multicultural team of 20 people based in Dakar and they have clients in Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, France, Zambia, and Rwanda.

Launched in May 2016, YUX is a research and design company based in Abidjan and Dakar. Their ambition is to co-create digital products and services with African users adapted to their diversity. Our structure has three components:
THE AGENCY collaborates with multinationals, international organizations, and startups for product design and human-centered design. THE LAB designs, tests and launches digital products with high potential, especially for the informal economy and THE ACADEMY trains the new generation of African designers and share educational resources
