Grace Wallace

Though born to Nigerian parents, Grace Wallace has emerged as one of Togo’s top fashion designers. Born in Togo after her parents fled Nigeria during the Biafra War, Wallace has built an admirable career for herself in Fashion Designing. Identifying with both her nation of birth and that of her parents, Wallace pursued a career in fashion after her graduation with the intent of launching a brand that will appeal to her clientele and at the same time, celebrate the rich cultures of Africa.

She initially had a willing partner in her husband with whom she founded Kilimandjaro Fashion. However, Grace Wallace has grown since then. Starting from a core team of about 10 people, she has gone on to open her own studio in Togo in the space of 8 years. Her fashion house is continuously growing and she has become a household name in the African Fashion Scene.
