Brought together from all walks of life and fearlessly lead and mentored by Lourens van Rensburg and Nina van Rensburg, their aim is to inspire, intrigue and entertain with visual communication services like commercials, short films, music videos, photography and socially responsible projects that have touched their hearts.

7Films was born with a mission, to make great work. After a successful career with Fresh Water Films and Velocity Films, Nina and Lourens van Rensburg founded 7films in 2007, Siphiwe SJ Myeza then joined the ranks as partner. 7films is not just a business- it is a home to an array of multi-talented and vastly different directors that each have their own unique skill set. They not only believe in creating groundbreaking, forward-thinking work but they believe in transformation. They believe in investing in the industry and creating a space for young talented directors to come through the ranks and continue to push the boundaries in the film industry.
