‘Dayo Adedayo’s photo book is a pictorial chronicle of the story of Lagos State from the early settlers through the first Portuguese that came to trade in the then Eko Colony who now gave it the name Lagos to present democratic setting. Lagos; The Centre of Excellence is about the founding of Lagos, Lagos before the monarchies of the Eleko, the Obas of Lagos since 1900, the five divisions of Lagos State, ‘IBILE’ (Ikeja, Badagry, Ikorodu, Lagos and Epe) through to the present day 3 senatorial districts.
